Sounds interesting. If it's not a secret could you shed some light on it..

Step 1: Move Topic++ to theide main window (like designers were moved some time ago). Topic groups will appear as items in the package file list.

Step 2: Place small icon to the left bar of source text at each entity declaration/definition. Moving mouse over it will show Topic++ info about the item, clicking it will edit (or add) this info.
