Solution is pretty easy. As discussed in this thread. I just added the path /usr/include/gdk-pixbuf-2.0 into the include list in "Build Methods.." dialog under "Setup" menu in the IDE. Clean and Rebuild. All compiles fine.

Should be fixed now, I added the path to the default build method.
