I doubt if

Xmlize(xml.Add("***"), ***);

would work in both directions.

Why don`t you use construction from Xmlize reference sample:

void *****::*****::Xmlize(XmlIO xml)
{
	xml
		("***", ***)
		("***", ***)
	;
}
