Hmm, didn't notice this one before (when I was solving the very thin menu fonts), but it was already broken there:

UPP does not draw the up/down arrows (or it does overdraw them with empty rectangle?) on the ends of scrollbar, and the second up arrow does not work and is ignored, actually the scrollbar may be moved over it.
(kubuntu 6.10, 2007.1rc2 compiled from sources, but the screen is from older version)
