How can I change the opacity of the Top level window as I am trying to create an application and want to see it a bit transparent. It will be very cool to use application and match the background theme with it.

Sorry I can't answer you, this is not my area of expertise. And now many experts are on holiday. I think this topic was discussed many years ago, but I don't think it was implemented then. I don't know if anything has changed by now.
