Last month builds do not run with Win7-64.
Win says:
The procedure entry point ScriptFreeCache could not be located in the dynamic link library GDI32.dll

but upp-win-15947_stable works without problems however

The problem is solved in the upp-win-16191.
With Win7-64 it works fine.
