When I add a ToolBar to my application I get some additional space in the view area. It is not much but if you colorize the background of e.g. a StaticRect, covering (normally) the whole view area, other than default it is showy.

Please check the attached package for reproduction or my specific implementation.
And don't let yourself get confused by the AutoResizeTopWindow.h file. I removed the reference to this class to be sure that it is not a problem of my code.

Thanks, there was a small frame layout bug in BarCtrl.cpp.

Should be now fixed.
