1. Do I need uninstall Ultimate first or the installer will do it for me?

2. What will happen then with my sources or programs if I had placed them inside Ultimate directory?

1.: No. Installer will start uninstallation

2.: In the current version they will be deleted, sorry Smile That is why MyApps folder is created outside the directory. (deinstallation process warns you before proceeding).
