With two packages in MyApps opening one may contain code in the editor that is in the other package.

One package has a command line app that is quite involved in linking, I appreciate getting help on that and worked as it should.

Another package is a GUI app that also contains the basic code from the first app with some changes.
The basic portion worked OK.

Then there were strange errors that should not have happened.

Making changes in one package had unexpected changes in the other package.

When opening the command line package it was finally noticed that some of the code in the editor was from the GUI package.

With the problems I was having, uninstalling and reinstalling something that both depend on, and finally tracking down the cause may be 12 hours.

Completely removing the GUI package from MyApps and placing it in a different directory solved the problem.

I have never worked with an IDE that does this.
The packages should be completely separate unless specifically linked.
