At the end of this file in documentation there's a link pointing to the mailing list instead of the forum.

"This file is a work of progress, if you have suggestions for it, please post them on the mailinglist."

BTW, problems in documentation should have the [BUG] label?
BTW2 Is this the right place to discuss about documentation?
BTW3 the mailing list is becoming populated with spam :@@@@

uh, there's a little mispelling too in Section 21 of

While empty rectangle in layout designer is usually enough for seldom used widgets, you can also tech TheIDE to show something better using .usc script file:
